It's basically about this sociopathic serial killer named Alanna Petrov, a 29-30-year-old Estonian with both Russian and Hungarian bloodline, she suffers from a form of dwarfism called hypopituitarism that caused her to stay in the appearance of a young child for her entire life. (This story is inspired by Leena's story and others.)
